Normally I wouldn't do these many requests at once but this is the first time someone has asked for t-piano notes....which is kind of my concept and the songs are pretty good to play on a piano...so I will do it..watch out for it here.

C is your Sa of MIDDLE OCTAVE ( MADHYA SAPTAK ) then D is your Re,
E is your Ga , F is your Ma , G is your Pa , A is your Dha and B is your Ni .
Also note that C# is your KOMAL Re , D# is your KOMAL Ga , G# is your KOMAL
Dha and A# is KOMAL Ni.
Also Keep in mind that F# is your TEEVRA Ma.

I think the keyboard player should play the chords....but sorry, I am not a musician, I haven't really learned music or something either..and I haven't played for anyone..I just love to be able to play a song- the lyrics and I am able to do that....you will get chords throught the internet itself..Just search for it in Google. I helped as much as I could. Hope you find it and all the best for the performance!

But before that, again to clarify about the notations I will be using-
* I will use lower case letter like a,b,c,d,e,f,g and a#,c#,d# etc for lower octave, upper case letters like A,B,C,D,E and A#,C#,D# etc for middle octave and A+,B+,C+,D+,E+ and A+#, C+# etc for higher Octave
